RETURNS / RESTOCKING	All defective products will be accepted by Allegro for credit, exchange or repair, at Allegro’s discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by Allegro are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resaleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Allegro reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.
WARRANTY	All products shipped are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.
